EDWARDIAN

A classic shape made up of three sides sloping towards the ridge.

LEAN-TO

A simple, mono-pitched roof that offers clean lines. Perfect for adding large opening vents.

EDWARDIAN HIPPED

Similar to the Edwardian, but with four sides instead of two. Comes with an aluminium box gutter.

LEAN-TO SIDE HIPPED

Same shape as a lean-to, with the addition of two hips creating two extra sloping sides.

GABLE-END

A contemporary look with two sides sloping towards the ridge. You can choose to add a glass gable frame to the front to maximise natural light.

FLAT ROOF

We use Britmet’s LiteSlate, a cutting-edge synthetic slate roofing tile made from 90% recycled polymers. This remarkable innovation embodies all the qualities you would expect from a traditional slate tile, without the cracking, breaking, or chipping that normal slate is prone to.
LiteSlate combines an authentic riven-edged finish with a range of classic colour options. Not only does it capture the timeless beauty of slate, but it’s also made from highly sustainable materials – the best of both worlds.

Roof Window Options

Brighten up your space and let in more fresh air with roof windows!

We’ve partnered with Keylite to supply their award-winning roof windows as part of our kits. Their windows feature a variety of impressive features, including:

  • Integrated expanding thermal collar technology that keeps spaces cosy while preventing condensation and mould growth
  • Pre-fitted flick fit brackets for simple installation
  • Sash hinge finger springs that allow you to open and maintain the windows with ease

MANUAL OPERATION

Manual windows can be easily opened and closed with the 2m pole included. Simply pull the top handle to let in fresh air, and push it to close the window! They also rotate a full 180°, making cleaning the glass from inside easy.

ELECTRIC OPERATION

Upgrading to electric operation lets you control your roof windows with just a touch of a button – perfect for roofs with higher pitches! The electric operation system also comes with a smart rain sensor that will automatically close the window if it starts raining, even when you’re not around.

SOLAR POWERED OPERATION

Solar-powered windows are just like the electric ones, but they harness energy from the sun and store it in the roof window’s battery system instead of using mains electricity. This means you can enjoy your solar-powered window day and night, all while saving on your electric bills.

Blinds

Enjoy a cooler, more private conservatory by upgrading to integrated blinds! These blinds are fully sealed within the glazing unit, so you won’t have to worry about cleaning them in a dusty environment. They also come with a slim aluminium side rail for smooth operation and a clean, classic look.

We have two fabric options for you to choose from: dim-out and blackout. Discover the difference between the two below!

DIM-OUT BLINDS

Dim-out blinds filter out around 75% of light, making them perfect if you’d prefer a cosy, intimate shaded room rather than total darkness.
Our dim-out blinds come with a variety of operation methods, including manual, electric, and solar options. Just keep in mind that if you’re interested in upgrading to electric operation, you’ll need an electrically operated roof window as well.

BLACKOUT BLINDS

Blackout blinds block out nearly 100% of light, allowing for an almost pitch-black room. They come with an enclosed cassette that not only protects the fabric, but also makes sure there’s no unwanted glow creeping in from the edges.

Our blackout blinds have been tested by BBA and are proven to reduce heat loss by at least 20%, making your room even more comfortable. Please note that they’re only available with manual operation.

Our choice for external cladding comes from Freefoam, known for their range of long-lasting and low-maintenance PVC-UE cladding solutions. All of their products are backed by a 10-year guarantee, giving you total peace of mind.

Want to use a real wood cladding or even a rendered finish? We can supply your extension without any cladding, so you can customise it as you wish.

Extension Base Options

When building your extension, you have two options: you can either retrofit it onto an existing base, or choose to build it on our innovative Durabase foundation.

Durabase combines a durable steel base with modular wall construction. This winning combination allows you to build it with ease, saving you both time and effort. FACISAS

Our fascias are available in two stunning finishes: plain white or woodgrain. Our woodgrain fascias come in a variety of colours and are designed to resemble real timber, offering an authentic look that’s almost indistinguishable from the real thing.

GUTTERS

Your double-ogee gutters can come in one of four colours: white, brown, grey, or black. Choose the one that matches your home’s existing gutters for a truly seamless look!

Had no problems with the company or the building construction everything came on time had all went together perfectly The materials are very good I had it put up in the summer I know it is winter, it’s holding the heating very well I’ve had an great experience and would recommend them to anyone I also use their recommended builders Limitless Construction Services and they are very good nothing was too much I’ve added some photos of the two extensions I had one on the rear of the house and a porch I can only say you will not regret going with this company
