We’ve partnered with Keylite to supply their award-winning roof windows as part of our kits. Their windows feature a variety of impressive features, including:

MANUAL OPERATION

Manual windows can be easily opened and closed with the 2m pole included. Simply pull the top handle to let in fresh air, and push it to close the window! They also rotate a full 180°, making cleaning the glass from inside easy.

ELECTRIC OPERATION

Upgrading to electric operation lets you control your roof windows with just a touch of a button – perfect for roofs with higher pitches! The electric operation system also comes with a smart rain sensor that will automatically close the window if it starts raining, even when you’re not around.

SOLAR POWERED OPERATION

Solar-powered windows are just like the electric ones, but they harness energy from the sun and store it in the roof window’s battery system instead of using mains electricity. This means you can enjoy your solar-powered window day and night, all while saving on your electric bills.

Blinds

Enjoy a cooler, more private extension by upgrading to integrated blinds! These blinds are fully sealed within the glazing unit, so you won’t have to worry about cleaning them in a dusty environment. They also come with a slim aluminium side rail for smooth operation and a clean, classic look.

We have two fabric options for you to choose from: dim-out and blackout. Discover the difference between the two below!

DIM-OUT BLINDS

Dim-out blinds filter out around 75% of light, making them perfect if you’d prefer a cosy, intimate shaded room rather than total darkness.
Our dim-out blinds come with a variety of operation methods, including manual, electric, and solar options. Just keep in mind that if you’re interested in upgrading to electric operation, you’ll need an electrically operated roof window as well.

BLACKOUT BLINDS

Blackout blinds block out nearly 100% of light, allowing for an almost pitch-black room. They come with an enclosed cassette that not only protects the fabric, but also makes sure there’s no unwanted glow creeping in from the edges.

Our blackout blinds have been tested by BBA and are proven to reduce heat loss by at least 20%, making your room even more comfortable. Please note that they’re only available with manual operation.
