WHAT MAKES UP OUR LANTERN ROOF SINGLE STOREY EXTENSIONS

DURABASE SYSTEM

Our extensions are built on top of a durable steel base system with a stylish brick slip border, complete with 100 mm floor insulation and 22 mm chipboard flooring.

160MM WALL STRUCTURE

The base is topped by 6 × 2” structural grade timber wall sections, covered with a 15 mm OSB outer skin.

PREMIUM INSULATION

125 mm multifoil honeycomb insulation is pre-fitted into all wall and roof sections for maximum thermal efficiency.

EXTERNAL CLADDING

The structure is covered with innovative exterior PVC cladding that features an authentic embossed wood-effect finish, complete with all finishing trims.

EPDM ROOF RUBBER

Choose between the classic slate appearance or a more traditional shingle style, both available in various colour options.

OPTIONAL SPOTLIGHTS

Create a striking modern look by adding optional spotlights to your extension's soffit detail.

FLAT & LANTERN ROOF EXTENSION OPTIONS

Our lanterns are placed on top of a flat roof base. If you'd like, we can install the base without adding a lantern. Here are your two options:
